Dawn Bennett, Emotional Freedom Techniques trainer and coach will teach us about how to best use EFT techniques to release emotional blocks and triggers that create those cravings! It's easier than you can imagine. As a bonus, she is including her online Stop Cravings & Compulsions Class. Throughout the week there will be additional support and check-in opportunities so you can find the most success and joy emotionally and physically.

Then, Tonya Strong will help us see how hormones impact our longevity, how to gently detox from our environment, and will guide you into choosing a detox plan for the week for you (no products!)

The following Sunday, March 3rd, all attendees will meet in person in a private location in Hopkins, MN and spend the day together.

Start the day cozied up around a fireplace with your classmates.  We start with a round of Q&A and processing about the previous week. You get to learn about all the different biohacking and spa health equipment you can use on-site (see list below), followed by a cooking class and lunch prepared by nutrition specialist Jeff Woodward.

Finally, spend the afternoon treating yourself to the following treatments. Stay as you like up until 8 p.m.
